Reserve Academy Graduation

Last night Devin graduated form the reserve academy. We are so proud of him for all of his accomplishments. Devin's favorite part of the academy was probably EVOC. For those of you who don't know what that is, EVOC is Emergency Vehicle Operations Course. He drove a police car and went around a track. The point of this training was to see how well and how fast you were able to complete the course.

We were served an incredible dinner at the TRAC. We had Mexican food and all of it was so good! They had the Superior Court Judge speak briefly to us and then the Franklin County Sheriff gave out the certificates and awards. There were seven people in his class and all seven of them passed. Devin passed the final test with an 81%.

The awards that were given out were:
* Highest Mock Scenes awards
* Highest Firearms awards
* Highest EVOC awards
* Highest Academic awards
* Highest Overall awards

Here are the awards Devin recieved, He got 1st in Patrol Procedures with a 100%, He took 1st in EVOC, 2nd in Mock Scenes with a 91.3%, and he took the highest overall award with a 90.5%.

We are so proud of Devin for all those accomplishments. Whenever he sets his heart on something he does it exceeds way beyond his expectations. The award he wanted the most was the Overall, which means he was the top of the class! Way to go Devin!
