This morning Austin seriously insisted on having pancakes for breakfast. Last night I used the pancake griddle for grilled cheese sandwiches and the griddle was still on the stove this morning. Austin was pointing at it and
whining. I finally asked him "do you want pancakes for breakfast?"
Obviously the answer was YES!!!! I put a little surprise in his pancakes. I added some chocolate chips! When I was little I spent the night at my Aunt Barbara's house in Finley because my cousin Caitlin was in town. That morning she made us some chocolate chip pancakes. Instead of using chocolate chips, she used chunks of
Hershey chocolate bars. It was yummy! I thought Austin would enjoy it too!
