Miles James Dawsey

Born on June 28, 2010 at 5:25pm.

He weighed 8 lbs 7.1 ounces

He was 19inches long

We went into the hospital on Monday the 28th first thing in the morning. Then the doctor came in at around 10am and broke my water. Soon after that I was contracting and then by the time they contractions were getting closer Miles was born that evening. I had him all natural with no epidural this time. I have to say that the plus side to that is the fact that my legs weren't shakey after delivery to get to the bathroom and clean up. I did like that fact and the recovery was so much faster! After all that pushing I didn't tear at all! Which is awesome since I can now sit and not hurt!

We had lots of visitors. My brother Scott and his family came and say Baby Miles. Cade just thought Miles was the coolest thing ever! He had big grins all the time he looked at Baby Miles!

Then Aunt Sunny brought the kids by on Tuesday. All the kids got a chance to hold Miles.

Herbie was just so excited to hold Baby Miles!

We left the hospital Tuesday night because we had to check back into reality at some point! Austin is doing pretty well with adjusting to a new baby brother.
